Unable to log on to efiling error

From 2020 I have been struggling log on to my efiling as I get an error that says I cannot log on and need to go to the branch I did that Last year Aug.. I was told it would be resolved in 3 days it wasn't it.. A year later I still can't log on and evedytime I call in I am told that from their side my log on works perfectly the worst part is the consultants don't even have a clue as to how to assit me I even asked one if it was possible to escalate my issue to their IT support I was told they don't have one so I guess it is what it is for me.. SARS is useless and the consultants are rude and not willing to go the extra mile to assist..
