Unable to get Tax return

<p>I called the call centre to request a copy of my 2015 tax return via email but was told by the agent that she did not access and that I can log online and download it. I tried to but do not have the correct programme required to open the file. I think its unacceptable that I have to visit a branch for a copy and cannot receive a copy via email. Its a huge inconvenience.</p>
