Unable to file returns

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had so many calls with SARS to resolve my e-filing issues. I cannot even log a complaint on your website at the moment. My last case ********** 86 was logged on 11 August 2016 and they stated that I will receive feedback within 21 days. I cannot view information or change what you guys want me to change in order to view relevant details. An agent has logged onto my account and realised the system does not reflect details. I have numerously submitted documents required and still the issue remains. I would want to pay you money due and submit my VAT returns and will not be held accountable for penalties or fines due to your system errors. Can someone please assist as this is unacceptable!</p>
