Un happy tax payer

Took my mom to the sars office in polokwane. The consultant said shes over the age of 60 so i must do everything online for 2 months now no feedback you call their contact center it's a joke you hold the line for 2 hours only to be told sars will call you back.They gave me a time i uploaded all the documents they wanted no reply still waiting for sars .very poor service at sars
