Uhappy with Sars services

Good Day , Im very angry and upset with the service i got from Sars. I spoke to different consultants telling me different stories about my refunds. Sars is very quick to take my money from my salary.I claimed for my tax returns in July then i was told to bring more supporting documents for my 2016IRP5 which i did.15 Aug i got a Notice Issued on Sars efilling message when i call their call center i was told that means my 2018 returns has been finalised i should be getting my monies in 7 to 10 days today is the 24th still nothing , when i call Sars Complaint i'm told to wait again 21 days and the Lady i spoke with was rude and sarcastic. I really dont know what to do now.
