On 31.10.23 I visited SARS, Port Elizabeth as per appointment at 11.00. I took along copies of documents I was requested on my previous visit. Clearly this gentleman had no clue what he was doing. Documents required on the SARS website used as proof of address was not accepted by him. I suspect he tried somehow to impress the learner with him.
