Two Pot unde rpayment

Today I received my two pot claim and I was not certisfied with tax deduction it was to much they deducted R13 383 from 29 000 . I called SARS and I was advicea to go on SARS online and do the calculation on the specified two pot section and calculta and i did that according to calculations with my annual income I'm suppose to be getting R21 387.6 now SARS Indicated taht and an amount of *** I'which more than a milliion annual income which I don't ger that amount. My annual income is 342 942. Nowm coming from CTF PE they said there is nothing they can fo may SARS will refund me in next financila year and I don't want that. The person I spoke to from SARS that CRF need to restart the application and put the correct annual income. The problem is I've already used the money of 16 357 from CRF
