Two Pot over taxed

I complained to SARS via email from their site about my two pot i was over taxed. They reply as follows Dear Ella Mbane Your payment allocation request for Tax No *** with case no; *** has been concluded by SARS. Correspondence on the outcome of this case will be issued in due course.

That was their reply on the 23 of October when I call their centre lthey can't find the outcome but the case is closed My Contact number is ***
