TWO POT CLAIM DECLINED

I am being tossed around for my 2pot claim.I submitted on the 10of Sept24.My fund is Alexander Forbes.Iam a passport holder with ZEP. Now AF is saying SARS is declining all passport holders & all asyllum holders claims.WHY???
