Two contradictory outcomes to a dispute

SARS did a reaudit of my 2023 tax return. Something I did not initiate. I am now being told it's a late submission. An original submission was done on time in 2023. Due to the reaudit, I owe SARS money and my 2025 refund was not paid. However upon further enquiry, it was due to an outstanding logbook from 2023 which I have since submitted. I received 2 contradictory outcomes to my dispute. One accepted late submission (which it was not) and debt written off; the other declined and debt still owed. Tax reference ***.
