Turned away by sars belville cape town office

I was at the sars office in belville cape town now and was turned away at 13:45 and was told by a sars rep Karin Bosman that they are full inside.Called the sars contact centre ref ********** 76 and spoke to a Gill, forgive the spelling and was told there is nothing the call centre can do. So no assistance at the office and call centre. Bad service overall from sars.
