Turn around time

<p>I submitted all supporting documents to SARS on the 16th of August,and i did follow ups ever since.</p> <p>Up to date i havent had one reasonable reply from S*****very time when i speak to a different consultant,i get a different answer.This does not make sense at all,.It tells me that SARS does not have proper structures in servicing South Africans.</p> <p>After the 1st review i posted i had one phone call from the Bellville branch which lead into no result,and no call after that.ADVISE WHAT ELSE I MUST DO TO GET MY REFUND</p>
