Turn around time

<p>I;ve been waiting 21 working days to get my case resolved.I have submitted all paperwork that was required from me.</p> <p>Now i have been told after 21 days that there is another turn around time of 21 days for esculation.</p> <p>I get the same feedback every time i lodge a complaint to them.</p> <p> </p>
