Troubles at sars

To whom it may concern.im tony gomes I'm a usual tax payer and I always do my taxes at the garsfontein branch.i went there this morning and a indian gentleman who works there says that you can only phone for appointments.i went a month ago and told me you dont need appointments.so I phoned.after 3 hours on the phone I wasnt attend it and I really need to be helped.im really disappointed with the service.if you wana contact me my number is *** or ***.
