Treated unfairly by sars

I had a very bad service with the consultants...where in south Africa cannot make payment arrangements?apparently it's only in Sars the consultants are very rude and inconsiderate remember Sars payments is money u never planned for why when I try making payment arrangements according to my budget they refuse?clearly this is so unfair and heartless of sars cause now what are my kids going to eat because they are now threatening to take away everything they find in my bank account?who is this sars? Please sars take ur consultants for humanity and ethical courses on how to speak to clients.
