Traumatized for years by the attitude i got

i spoke to 6 different agents from sars today who told me different stories altogether concerning my 2014 tax return which i have submitted on the 4th september 2015, some said i have to wait for 60 days to get my payment and theres no outstanding doc i need to submit all is up to date. then some said on their system it shows that i need to resubmit my 2014 returns which surprisingly when i log to my efiling i never got any notification or letter telling me that theres docs i need to resubmit. i kept on calling sars till i got a vey very heartless and rude consultant ref *** who did say to me that i have recieved a notification from sars on my efling [which i didn't] that i should resubmit my 2014 docs i tried explaining to this lady that i did not receive anything from sars the only thing that i see under the year 2014 is the money that sars should pay she later on said i must hold on the line i held, she came back and said she will hang up on me she has the right to and she hung up. that s the service you get from sars.
