Train your call center consultants

Over 5 months spent talking to over 10 consultants on one case number asking the exact same questions and getting different responses from all of them. Only to find when finally I have had enough and asked to talk to a manager the solution was such a simple thing. Can SARS call center consultants get proper training because I have been miss advised by all of them. What a complete waist of time.. 0 stars if possible.
