Today I spoke to Samkelisiwe with the SARS contact center. She was friendly and professional throughout our interaction, speaking clearly and making sure I understood everything being said. The reason, I'm taking my time to write this review is because, during our call I abandoned our conversation to take another call without telling her. She patiently waited for me to conclude it and proceeded to asssis me with my payment arrangement. She did not ask "what happened?" or give me a hard time, which I find to be extremely courteous and professional. Thank you Samkelisiwe
