Time wasting on Refund

I'm very disappointed with SARS taking their time in refunding me money owed to me ,after I took time off work to go and verify my bank details nothing happens I did exactly what SARS asked me to do and now nothing I really need this money and nobody from call centre can tell me whats going on

Not feeling that happy with SARS at this moment in time
