It is absolutely disgusting reading through all of the complaints and realizing just how sars does nothing but ***** from hard working people. I had my provident fund payment paid out to my surprise it was less then expected. I called Alexander Forbes and was told that sars sent instruction for 34k to be deducted this excluding their 18% which was 19K. Now my question is I owed sars 10200 and some odd rand after submitting all returns sars owed me 23K which than as per usual they will look for something and another 18K was deducted from that which left me waiting for a payment of 5K from sars which I might add has still not even been paid. why in the hell was 34K deducted from my provident fund??? There are numerous calls made to sars and the last call was me asking for relieve on the 10K owed and I was asked am I aware that already 24K was deducted from the amount owed what do I need relieve for?? That's how damn rude some of the employees are. I will take sars to court if I have to. I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK!!!!
