*****S: INCORRECT ADVICE ON RULES AND PROCESS

I completed a remission towards the end of July, I followed up personally on the 13th August 2015 on the result and to stop SARS from garnishing my salary. I appreciate that the remission was accepted and I was advised that my refund of the garnished amount R1000 would be refunded to me, provided I bring a copy of my payslip.
1. Garnished meaning they informed my HR to deduct the funds from me.
2.) I was not told why I had to bring a payslip, I was just told I had to- Reference *** by their call centre.
My refund will be given back to me within 24- 48 hours of handing this document in.
I get to the branch in Roodepoort on ,Monday, the 17th, and get sent back to get a bank statement and any account statement indicating my proof of address . After an hour I return and provide this info- the lady at the til does not take my payslip (indicating the amount that was deducted off my account) she says it is not required. She then informs me my refund will take 7-10 working days to verify information. I call today to follow up and now my refund will take 21 days and they need my payslip that i must e-mail. I need one process that works NOW!!!! Stop playing with my finances!!!!!
