THEY'VE SIMPLY LOST MY ENTIRE APPLICATION!!!

After getting incorrect information TWICE and going backwards and forwards to Alberton from Kyalami, I finally got everything sorted and Maria accepted my application with a stamped receipt. I explained that we had lost weeks because of incorrect information and asked if she could please see what she could do to hurry it along. All they have to do is change our existing Import/Export certificate from a CC to a (Pty) Ltd.. I have been calling the numbers given on the form she gave me - every phone number just rings and rings. I sent an email to the email address given but haven't had a response. Today I sent our technician all the way back to Alberton to find out what's going on and he was told that they've lost the Application!!! I need to start all over again. I am horrified. And we say we're a 'first world African city'!!! You're a joke SARS.
