There isn't an easy payment link for an eft payment

There isn't an easy payment link for an eft payment. Im even struggling on the fnb app to make the eft. Can they please assist in this regard. The sars app doesn't allow me to make payment yet all my banking details is updated on the app. This is really frustrating and time consuming. Im trying to make payment which is so difficult, other institutions make eft payments so much more simple. This is really sad.
