THE WORST SERVICE EVER

On the 14th December 2015, I went Sars Pretoria to apply for an Import Licence. The officer was happy that all my documents were in place. I was told to wait 10 days for approval. On day 7 I called the call centre to check if all was fine and I was told that everything was fine.On 15 January I went to the branch to collect my import licence but was told that it had been rejected as my documents were missing. The officer checked the documents but they were all there. He told me that the officer that was supposed to send them had not done that and it wasn't just my form but lots of them. I told him that I needed to submit the licence on Monday(today) He said \ just go it will be approved on Monday
