The worst experience...

The worst experience ever... I have a refund which is due to me... I've contacted SARS on numerous occasions, done what I need to do by uploading all the documents which they need... Each time I contact them I am given a new instruction and new case number... It's months now and I'm still struggling... I'm at a point now where I just want to give up, I am fighting a losing battle...
