The Worst!

SARS doesn’t practice “Batho Pele” principles at all.

I’ve been dealing with the same case for 2 months now all because of wrong info I got from SARS reps over the phone and have been waiting for way over 21 days with still no response & resolution. Even after escalation I am still waiting and what’s worse is that escalation apparently has no turnaround time which makes no sense at all. 🤷🏽♀️

SARS is not for the people at all. If anything, it’s a Nightmare and I’m sure most people wish they didn’t have to deal with SARS.
