The most appalling service I have ever received in my life

I am so disgusted in the service I have recieved from Sars, I just spoke to the world's most rudest girl today and I'm out of words to express myself. I have been waiting for my returns since Aygust and I still haven't received anything and no feedback I need to keep on calling them and I'm being told different things everytime i call.
