The incompetence of SARS

I have been busy with my tax since September I have been through three verifications/audits were they have asked for the same information 3 times which was submitted 3 times and 3 times I got a finalisation letter confirming all is complete and payment will be made and then 2 or 3 days later you get a audit notification again and you have to run through the incompetence again they owe me money and I am really getting fed up with the utter incompetence of Government departments.

You phone to complain they give you a case number and tell you it will be escalate and some one will call you so you wait a few days and call again because no one calls you and you have to start the process again because there is now no record of you complaint even when you give the case number given to you by them logging the complaint.

I feel victimised and I am fed up I have jumped through all the hoops 3 times already no more please can someone help here.
