Good day, I logged a video call appointment with SARS about a month ago and today (right now) I'm supposed to have that appointment. The person who said I should join her on a Microsoft meeting never joined online or responded to the email I sent her letting her know that I was online. Her name is Lameez McKenzie from SARS. I think it's really terrible service to have someone wait. That shows me that SARS does not value my time nor anyone else. No I have to begin the process of booking an appointment online again.
