Thank you Pearl

In this sea of 1 star reviews, I thought I would leave my experience as well. SARS is difficult to deal with, every adult in this country knows that, it's useless to fight against it, it will never change.

Like most people on this site, I was in contact with SARS regarding the tax return. At first it was difficult, went into the offices and walked straight out when I saw the queue. After some struggling, I had finally made contact with an agent by the name of Pearl.

Pearl, with her endless patience, helped me to file everything from start to finish, with a step by step guide, assisting me wherever I was lost. The return paid out two days ago and my worries are gone.

SARS would not be so difficult were there more Pearl's out there to assist.
