Thabitha Sibaya from the Pretoria Branch must teach other how to deal with deceased estates.

I have been struggling with a matter regarding a deceased estate. Do you know that none, I mean none of the Call Centre people have any knowledge about deceased estate. Even the guys at the Edenvale branch do not have knowledge about a deceased estate. The Rissik branch staff do not want to work. Please avoid that branch if you have issue other than registering a tax for individuals, not trust or business, because they will send you back home.

After weeks of sending emails and going to Rissik street and the Edenvale branch I decided to go the Pretoria Branch. I was assisted by a Lady Named Thabitha Sibaya or Sibiya, My issue was sorted in less then 10 minutes. Can you please promote her to teach call centre staff and members of other branches on how to deal with deceased estate issues.
