Terrible treatment by SARS info desk consaltant

I had the unfortunate displesure of being "assisted" by Charne N Beckweitz.

I got the the SARS on the morning of the 21st August to get my company tax clearnce.

i was asked for three documents, 2 i had in hand and one bring a proof of address i had on email, the lady then asked me to fill out a confirmation of address document, while i do so she will print the POR for me, i asked her very nicly if i could get a ticket in the meanwhile as she can see i have everything, at the time i had already been passed by 2 people.

she refused to give me a ticket till i filled out the form, she then raised her voice at me in a rude condescending manner and said that if she wanted to she could send me off to go print my POR elsewhere. I then said to her that im not fighting, all im asking is that while I fill out this form, can she give me a ticket number so I don’t have many people passing me while im filling out the form.

The lady was rude and belittling, as i walked off she said to the lady next to her "these people are ungrateful"
