Terrible service with South African Revenue Services

Since August I am unable to access my Efiling from Sars been told to wait till today no answer sadly can't do certain things on my company also can't submit my return. I have been to various branches like Joburg Rissik and Emalahleni still can't get assistance only being told everything is fine with my profile they will send communication to Efiling department so confused.
