Terrible Service from SARS

I submitted my tax returns in July 2023 and i had a refund on my assessment from e filling. Then SARS did a revised assessment for me on October 23, 2023, saying i owe them. I had to lodge a complaint first before they can review my assessment. Now i am still waiting for a response on my dispute that i have lodged with them. Their service is poor, and their turnaround time is very poor but when you do not submit on time, they charge penalties.
