Terrible Service

I have a service complaint about the info given to my husban. He had to do bookings telephonically 4 times now it will be the 5th in order to sort his tax and refund out. every single time he was given wrong info and insufficient info of the documents needed to sort his tax out we are sick and tired of this incompetence of sars advisors as we need to do another booking yet again just for supporting docs case number today was the last straw the person that helped him refused to give a case number he has to due another booking but what you dont understand is that due to my husbands work he cannot just book every damn time as he cannot talk at work so you people must get your priorities right and give the correct info so this could have been resolved in one bookings . Seriously people not all of us sit at home the whole day and now this is dragging on for more than a month because of wrong incorrect and insufficient info given that we must send to you.No this is terrible service!!!
