Terrible service by Sars assessment agents

Sars assessment agents closed my travel case without proper documents verification. The assessor claimed I did not submit the vehicle purchase contract even though it stated I should submit only if submitted recently of which it was just 2 months before.

I have used the same vehicle in question before and Sars has records of that particular vehicle. Sars also has proof of RIP5 submitted by the company that I work for. I have worked for the same company for 20 years and have claimed travel allowance in the past 19 years.
