Terrible service

Terrible service I have been told I owed SARS and didn’t submit but I did with their consulting officer that assisted me. The outstanding fees I have been paying towards yet no acknowledgment from them except threatening messages from them. They are to reach to get an appointment for an office visit to correct this mess. Doing online service with them is a nightmare then eventually you get pathetic service that will be denied having been rendered. Honestly I’m appalled that we’re being ********** by a company that has the allowance to deduct from our salaries but still doesn’t deduct then charges you ridiculous rates to increase what you allegedly owe whereas they don’t regard payments you make after they fail to tax correctly. After being assisted by their service providers you still didn’t do returns and they take your money yet again without your control how is this ****ming company legal.
