Terrible service

I am so disappointed to have to make this review. Customer service is getting worse by the year and day. For the last couple of days, I have been on the line for up to 2+ hours waiting, only for the calls to drop suddenly. Call backs are not followed up. The quality of service is increasingly deteriorating year by year. It's dismal at this stage. They need to hire temps to accommodate the high volume calls, during this period. efiling does not work either. The entire system, from the call center to the software is lack luster, it is falling apart and I remember it being user-friendly and effective several years ago.
