Terrible service

<p>It was discovered at SARS that someone was using my ****** Identity document to work in some other company, this was found out after it appeared that i worked in two companies, then it was found that someone is using my ID to work somewhere, then i was told that i must go to Home Affairs to get the proof of Identity, i must make an affidevit from police station, letter from my current employer and all other documents, all were submitted on the 24 February 2017. All the documents that they needed was to proof that i only worked in one company, after submitted i was told that the issue will be resolved within 30 to 90 days, i was promised that the error will be disputed as i have provided the proof that i dont know the person who worked on the other company, but when i called to check and make a follow up if the other IRP5 is removed under my profile, unfortunately nothing done, the issue still remained as it was, i was promised that the Investigation Unit will call me, but until today i have never received their call, there was no update on my issue. When i call to check the update, they are telling me that i must go look for that company to give me a letter that i never worked from them, my question how am i gona know and find the place that i never been there and never worked, i find their reason unprofessional and ***********, SARS as the a great institution in the country failling me in that manner, i find their service terrible and very ***********, the Johannesburg branch has failed, it really showed the lack of management and responsibility, i went up and downs to provide all what they told me to submit, now they are telling me an impossible thing, the manner in which their operating, they are in favour of *********, instead of service clients with passion, we must be sent left and right in order to be helped till we give up, then the ******** win the case. I am a victim here but i am not getting help, to demand the impossible things from me without facing the reality, makes me feel that ********* in SA will always victimise us and get away. i am so very angry by the SARS Johannesburg failed to help me.</p>
