Terrible service

Sars has been giving me the run around for over a month now their service is terrible and nobody including Management right down to call centre agents know nothing about what they doing always giving different excuses or just not knowing why my refund has not been paid yet as yet I am giving SARS till end of business today to contact me with a solution to this issue.. ********** 951
