Terrible Service

My husband was at SARS Dube Branch this morning and how he was treated was so disappointing , he was assisted by the guy named Sandile Mthethwa who was not willing to help him at all , all he needed was an assistance to reset the efiling password which we called SARS Call Center and we were told to go to the branch the very same branch that is not willing to help at all . He top it off by saying "I'm not Zulu just know that " really who does that . This was a very bad experience .
