Terrible SARS service

Hello I have app**** for a VAT number for my company and it has been over 2 months and SARS and their staff has no clue what is happening with the case I’ve called them several times they keep saying we have escalated the matter to the VAT department to finalize. after that, I get no response from them. This is ongoing for over 2 months now even though I complain twice on their system still have no luck. this is ridiculous and frustrating.
