Terrible bad service. Everything at SARS! Like a horror movie.

Terrible, terrible appalling service. I tried to get hold of SARS today since this morning 8Am. I was basically on the phone to them for 7 hours of the day. And every time I was cut off. Only to start again over a 1000 in the queue. 4x attempts and no assistance!
