TAXI RETURNS NOT PAID TO ME

I submitted all my document required for tax returns to SARS on the 31st November 2015, and I received an sms stating that the payment of R8884.53 will be made to my account between the 1 - 31 January 2016. But the lady who was capturing my documents said it takes about 7 - 31 working days to process it. I waited and on the 7th January I went to SARS they told me some documents are outstanding but I did phone the call center and they didn't tell me. I resubmitted the outstanding documents on 7 January 2016; and they told me it will take another 30 days to audit and process them. <br> <br> 30 days is over, I phoned the call center and they escalated my query because it still showing busy (audit), and I went to SARS offices on Friday 12 February 2016 and said the same thing they don't understand why it taking so long and they escalated it again. <br> <br> Please assist me with this matter, some people get their money within 7 days or in 30 days. So I don't understand why it taking so long and they don't even communicate and advise and worse nobody knows why there is a delay. <br>
