Tax Returns not being sorted out

Good day,<br> <br> I have submitted my Tax Returns on the 30th of July 2015 and yest it's still not resolved!!<br> 2014 Tax year was res-submitted by my and supporting documents was requested. I submitted them and it was uploaded successfully. I have not yet received any monies that was owed by SARS to me.<br> <br> My 2015 Tax year was also submitted on the 30th of July 2015 but this is being delayed even further as SARS cannot see my documents that I have submitted that they have asked for. I phoned in numerous times and up to now nothing has been resolved.<br> <br> Every time I get told it can take up to 30 days and sometimes I am told it can take up to 21 working days.<br> <br> My Reference numbers are:<br> - ***<br> - ***<br> <br> Please can I be assisted as it just seems like nothing is happening.<br> Pathetic service!<br> No communication to people.<br> <br> Thanks.<br>
