Tax Returns

I am so annoyed by SARS and the poor service I have been receiving from them. I was supposed to receive my tax returns after 21 days of auditing they were to do on my profile and this was in October 14th last year. I called in November and I was told the money will be paid in 30 days, so days pass and I call again and the agent dropped the call on my ear but I did not remember his name. Since January started I have been calling for feedback but instead the call is always by agents after the ask me to hold "while they're checking the system". I finally spoke to an agent b the name of Melissa and she advised that the audit was supposed to be done but Nov already but it seems my profile hasn't been touch and she gave me a number to call so I can log a complaint, I have been calling the number since Yesterday and I always have to hold for almost 30 minutes but the call is dropped again. I logged the complaint on my e-Filling profile, but I am not even sure if anyone will look at since they are so ***********. The service is really bad shame and they do not care.
