Tax returns

Good day. I submitted my Tax return for 2018/2019, and they were supposed to refund the amount of R3209.44 to me. For the year 2019/2020 they were also supposed to refund the amount of R3696.67 to me. So far I have not even received a cent from them. Can you please assist. Thanks. Jonathan.
