Very disappointing service we received today 05/10/2017 at 15:30 from the reception lady lacking customer service s****s, we.have never seen such a rude person we worked for customer service for many years, systems were down at 15:30 our slips were rudely grabbed from us and.told goodbye even before 1600 which is the closing time, she never bothered to hear us when we asked questions I think her name is Mabhev something like that, doesn't even have a name tag WOW!!!!! Am very angry please contact me
