Tax returns

I got a permanent job last year started submitting my Sars returns last year y struggled with it my friends at work are getting they returns good but mines its a mess I tried calling Sars no body picks up when they pickup hence I was waiting for almost 2 hours on the line the line drops while speaking to them worse they don't call you back.... I'm surprises the dif****ly you get then you want to do yours returns but then it come the them deducting on your salary they very quick I'm very disappoint with the service they provide imagining the kinf of tax you get charged on a yearly base they them but they fail just to help you telephonically
