Tax return still not processed after 2 months

My return was submitted the first time on 21 July 2015. The audited but confirmed that within 21 days it would be finalised. No payment received, went back again, they said 30 days, after 30 days, no payment. Went back again on 3 September 2013, still no payment and no feedback. I need an answer
